For over two decades, Seven Valleys Health Coalition has been deeply committed to fostering a healthier Cortland by addressing and alleviating the social determinants of health that affect so many lives in our region. We do this in many forms, from providing birth doulas to pregnant individuals, to implementing innovative programs that tackle issues such as access to nutritious food and food waste, to helping reduce risk rates for chronic disease through community classes, we strive to make a meaningful impact every day.
