Looking for a great job opportunity? Join our team as a part-time Delivery Driver for our Produce Prescription Program!
As a delivery driver, you will help transport and deliver fresh produce between our local farms and marginalized individuals in Cortland County.
Please note, this position is from mid-June – to November 30 (approximately 22 weeks).

SVHC staff and the one and only Mighty Molar will be at the Dairy Parade on June 4th. Come on out and give Mighty a high-five and grab yourself a toothbrush!
Nourish NY Partner Spotlight: TALKROT
TALKROT is a new gourmet mushroom farm in Tully, NY, that brings together mushrooms and the arts via collaboration, culture, and community. They offer custom oyster mushroom grow kits designed by a select cohort of artists and designers from around the world. These unique grow kits even come with an artist print! They also sell fresh gourmet mushrooms at local markets and restaurants across Central New York and beyond. Additionally, their food insecurity program utilizes mushrooms to improve nutrition, enhance overall health, and promote economic empowerment for communities in New York State.
A Sweet Update!
We are thrilled to share that Sam Carlton, our designated pancake eater, ate an impressive 20 pancakes during the fifteen-minute-long contest! While Sam did not nab the contested crown, as a first-time contestant, Sam was a serious contender and we are so proud of his efforts!
The funds raised from the pancake eating contest will directly benefit our programs such as the food rescue program, produce prescription program, and oral health education.
A big thank you to those who helped make this a sweet event for us!
